How to become a Dealer
Apply in the portal
Sign in and submit your business details: business name, GSTIN, PAN and address.
Admin verification
Our team verifies your application. We will tell you if it is approved or if anything is missing.
List auctions
Once approved, create auction listings with photos, a description, a starting price, a reserve price and an increment.
Admin approves each listing
Nexvanta reviews every listing for accuracy and compliance before publishing it.
Go live
Your approved auction opens to verified bidders at its scheduled start time.
Eligibility
To apply, you need a registered Nexvanta account and the following details:
- A valid GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number) for your business
- The PAN (Permanent Account Number) of the business or proprietor
- A complete business address with PIN code
- A business contact phone number
Your PAN is stored encrypted and shown only in masked form. Bidder identities remain masked to Dealers.
Fees
Dealer fees and commission rates will be published here before launch. There is no fee to apply. Any fee will be shown to you and must be accepted before your first listing goes live.
