Delivery Policy
Last reviewed on 28 October 2026
Version: 1.0 · Effective date:
4.1 Scope and fulfilment model
Nexvanta Universal Private Limited may coordinate delivery directly or through authorized courier, transporter, warehouse, franchisee or other logistics providers. Delivery availability depends on the product, quantity, destination, stock status, legal restrictions and the terms shown in the relevant listing or accepted order.
4.2 Delivery options
Depending on the transaction, eligible users may collect goods from an authorized Auction Centre or Franchisee Centre, or request delivery by courier/transport arranged by or through the Company. The available option will be displayed or confirmed for the specific order.
4.3 Minimum quantity for courier/transport
Courier/transport delivery for sample or allotted rice is ordinarily available for a minimum quantity of 10 kilograms and thereafter in multiples of 10 kilograms (10 kg, 20 kg, 30 kg and so on). This condition applies only where confirmed in the relevant scheme or checkout; the live order terms control.
4.4 Dispatch and delivery timeline
A full lot of Basmati Rice will be dispatched/delivered within 15 days from receipt and confirmation of full payment. Accordingly, unless the listing specifies a different lawful timeline, the Company will aim to dispatch or arrange delivery within 15 days after full payment is confirmed. The actual arrival date may depend on destination, carrier schedule, stock, weather, operational conditions and statutory restrictions.
4.5 Full advance payment
A full-lot purchase requires 100% advance payment through an authorized auction/franchisee center or approved online payment method. Processing and dispatch begin after the Company verifies receipt of the full amount due, including disclosed applicable charges.
4.6 Delivery charges
Unless the listing states otherwise, the buyer is responsible for disclosed packing, handling, courier, freight, transport, insurance, loading/unloading and other incidental delivery costs. The total applicable charge should be displayed or communicated before the buyer confirms the order. No undisclosed delivery fee should be imposed after confirmation.
4.7 Delivery address and recipient
Buyers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code, recipient name and reachable telephone number. The buyer is responsible for updating the Company promptly if the address or delivery instructions change before dispatch. A change after dispatch may incur additional charges or require carrier approval.
4.8 Tracking and delivery attempts
Where tracking information is supplied by the carrier, the Company may share it with the buyer. The buyer or authorized recipient should be available to receive the shipment. Failed delivery caused by an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal without valid reason or failure to complete required delivery formalities may result in re-delivery, storage or return charges where disclosed and legally permissible.
4.9 Inspection on receipt
At delivery, the recipient should check the package count, visible packaging condition, product/lot identification and apparent damage before acknowledging receipt where the carrier permits. If packaging is visibly damaged, retain photographs and note the issue on the carrier’s delivery record where possible. Report shortage, wrong goods or material quality concerns under the Return & Refund Policy.
4.10 Risk and title
Risk of loss, title and ownership transfer are governed by the accepted sale contract and applicable law. Title passes only after full purchase consideration is received and delivery occurs in accordance with the applicable terms. No general statement in this Policy overrides a mandatory legal rule or a more specific accepted sale contract.
4.11 Delays and force majeure
Delivery may be delayed by severe weather, floods, transport disruptions, strikes, public emergencies, government restrictions, security incidents, warehouse interruptions or other events beyond reasonable control. The Company will take reasonable steps to communicate material delays and arrange a lawful alternative where practicable. This clause does not remove refund or other obligations that remain legally payable.
4.12 Delivery limitations
The Company may decline or suspend delivery to a destination where delivery is unlawful, unsafe, operationally unavailable or restricted by a carrier or competent authority. Any such limitation should be communicated before payment where reasonably foreseeable.
4.13 Contact
Nothing in this Policy limits consumer rights, statutory remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
